Role Overview:
The Nurse Aide Investigator is a Registered Nurse, with active Indiana RN licensure in good standing. The position is responsible for conducting Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), Qualified Medication Aide (QMA), and Home Health Aide (HHA) complaint investigations throughout the state. The position works full-time in the offices of the Indiana Department of Health. The individual may travel in-state occasionally to attend meetings, attend trainings or conferences, give presentations, or conduct surveys at health care facilities. Travel may include out-of-state travel to attend trainings or conferences.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $67,314.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

This position is exempt from overtime compensation for additional work hours which may be required to complete essential functions or other assigned work. Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
