The Stockley Center is a modern and well-staffed intermediate care facility which provides a wide array of residential and supportive services to adults who are living with physical and developmental disabilities.
As a Nurse Practitioner your day-to-day work will involve:
- Rounding living units and evaluating patients
- Conducting examinations and performing diagnostic tests
- Providing acute and preventive care
- Developing and managing treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases
- Prescribing medications
- Collaborating with the facility's Medical Director, nursing team, and ancillary staff
- Actively participating in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case conferences
As a Nurse Practitioner and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:

Annual salary between $110,000 and $125,000 (depending on experience)
