MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE
Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoa is seeking an open-minded, empathetic and professional Medical Receptionist to join our Hamilton clinic located in Tristram Street.
This is a part-time role, working Tuesday to Friday, plus a Saturday on a rotational basis, to be worked as follows:
Tuesday: 5.00 pm – 9.00 pm
Wednesday: 4.30 pm - 8.30 pm
Friday: 8.45 am – 5.15 pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm (on a rostered basis)
As the first and last point of contact for our clients, our Medical Receptionists play a vital role in creating a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment. You’ll greet clients warmly, uphold confidentiality, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience from arrival to departure.
To be considered for the role you will ideally have:
