Northshore Medical & Aesthetics Center is a dynamic multidisciplinary
patient centered medical facility and is seeking the services of a Registered
Nurse to support this fast-paced, rapidly growing medical practice.
REGISTERED NURSE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Obtain patient history and perform triage assessments.
- Assess and document patients’ vital signs.
- Administer medications to patients.
- Provide education to patients and families about their treatment plan
- and medication.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care in medical records.
- Ensures all correspondence is scanned and / or filed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to
- develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in an outpatient medical clinic or hospital, medical office setting.
- Active nursing license/ registered nurse (R/N) certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
- and proactive.
- Proficiency in the use of ECW or similar EHR software and MS Office Suite.
